As some of you know, racing has become a very big business and is currently the sport with the largest fan base in the USA. Our team is a very young one that has achieved moderate success at early level of racing and I am excited about our future prospects.
To meet the requirements of a safe and competitive Kart, there are many expenses, which need to be met. Selling businesses advertising space on the Kart does this. We hope that there may be some interest in getting businesses to help support our racing and take advantage of advertising your business with the ever-growing popularity of Kart racing. Tying in with your corporation would be mutually satisfying and would benefit you and your marketing campaign by providing your brand with unique cross-promotional opportunities. It would also allow vast new marketing plans with promotional appearances and television coverage to broaden your company's current marketing profile. We can offer branding and marketing opportunities that many sports dream for.
Let me give you a brief overview of my young career. I am 36 years old with an incredible passion for racing. I have set high goals for my Team, in which I plan on continuing to be a force in the motorsports world. My team is committed to getting to the next level and with your company's support; we will be well positioned for future success. In 2001, Our Team, which consists of 6 Karts running in 4 classes, competed in 12 regular races, and 2 Karts competed in 3 points races. We had 4 wins, 14 top 5 finishes. In the 2001 Points Standings we had 1 Kart finish 11th, 1 finish 17th. Most importantly we have gained experience in dealing with the pressures of expectations and also the recognition of many in the sport to help me succeed in 2002! This past season helped to show my continued evolution up the racing ladder and the professional nature with which I plan to make this year more promising.
The WKA Speedway Dirt Series is covered by several publications, limited Television coverage and is observed by thousands of spectators per year and many studies have shown that racing of any nature is one of the highest valued markets in the US with over $3 Million in marketing value. The WKA Speedway Dirt Series is also run in conjunction with many Kart weekends and allows thousands of spectators to pass through the pits and have promotional displays set up. These exciting events are a daily part of life for us here at TRG Racing, and the combined efforts of my racing team and your company offer the ability for your company to advertise in the USA and across many boundaries that otherwise might be overlooked. Don't miss the chance of a lifetime to introduce your company at the foundation level IPO instead of at the closing price. TRG Racing helping your company Leap into the Future!!

Sincerely,
Eric Duzan
Driver, Team Owner

WHY SPONSOR KART RACING?

To most people kart racing seems to be a hobby for kids. The same as PeeWee Football, Little League Baseball, Boy Scouts and Summer Camp. As the world of motorsports has grown from "Good Ole Boys" racing around a field in jalopies, to the multi-million dollar industry known today as NASCAR, kart racing has also evolved.

Computer designed, robotic built chassis, dyno tested and proven engines, to state of the art set-ups has changed kart racing from a kid's hobby into a profitable business for Track Owners, Event Sponsors, Local Businesses and Competitors.

Track attendance has increased over the years by both participants and spectators. With the ever-growing number of tracks and wide variety of racing, it's economical for all. There are events to suit both young and old alike. With classes involving kids from 7 years old, on up to adults, there's action for everyone. This sport could reach a diverse group of potential customers for your business.

Unlike other professional sports, kart racing allows you the advantage of becoming involved with an advertising campaign that "works for you" at a fraction of the cost. A full-page ad in a national newspaper could cost you well over $1,000.00. In three days the only one reading it is the fish that's wrapped in it. You want to be a sponsor for the New England Patriots? Get that checkbook ready! With kart racing, you have your Company Name or Logo being seen every week at every event all year. The investment works for you.

Tracks hold races throughout the year that draw extremely large attendance and a vast amount of coverage. Races with total purses reaching into the tens of thousands of dollars, this could be a virtual goldmine for businesses wanting to reach a particular group that perhaps their other means of marketing may overlook. For vendors an advertisers, this is an excellent tool for making their name synonymous with racing. Just as STP did with Richard Petty and Goodwrench with Dale Earnhardt.

Take the first step and join a growing team, with a winning attitude at a sport that has only one direction to go. Become part of the TRG family as we continue to excel in the motorsport world, at an entry-level cost.

Motorsports Marketing

How can we help You?
And
You help Us?

Why Race Marketing?

No sport has embraced, or has been embraced by, corporate America like that of racing. While some professional sports market themselves, racing markets products and services. It is no wonder so many of America's top corporations such as McDonald's, Procter & Gamble, Sears, Montgomery Ward, General Foods, Eastman Kodak, and Nabisco are involved with racing. A knowledgeable marketing plan coupled with a high quality racing team can lead to a marketing match unsurpassed in possibilities. Is motorsports an effective way to invest your advertising dollars?

Let's consider these facts:

Increase consumer awareness of your company's quality and assurance - through promotions of this marketing package, you will reach a market that has been virtually untapped by the industry. Many corporations purchase tickets to big sporting events, but in this situation you are part of the event. Imagine having team drivers wearing uniforms emblazoned with your logos. This just doesn't happen in Football. Displays promoting new products can be arranged with a much more captive audience than the typical trade show.
Unlimited Promotional Opportunities - a marketing department's dream come true. The only limitation to building exciting, revenue generating plans, is the imagination of your marketing staff

One of the benefits of WKA is to develop race-driving talent. If young Americans are to eventually become world class, they must compete against all comers. The problem is not that there are few talented drivers. The problem is that corporate American sponsors have been painfully slow in "coming to the party" in motorsports, thus the few young American drivers to be given the opportunity to compete in recent years have usually been sons of established drivers, or sons of wealthy motorsports enthusiasts. Although the above mentioned drivers have aquatinted themselves admirably in some cases, they are not the product of natural selection based solely on talent.
We feel the way to get the best drivers to the top in motorsports is to provide an opportunity for the maximum number of drivers to compete " on a level playing field" on the same race tracks for the lowest possible cost.

Auto racing attracts more sponsorship dollars than any other form of professional sports- including all team sports, as well as golf & tennis. In fact, of the over 3 billion dollars spent annually on sports sponsorship in the U.S., 25% is directed to auto racing. Kart racing, although not as prestigious as auto racing, it lets companies get in on a proven marketing tool at an exceptionally small price.

In recent years, motorsports sponsorship has proven to be an effective marketing tool for an increasingly diverse group of companies. Many of the newcomers have little in common with the traditional sponsor base, which has consisted of auto-related businesses and the makers of beverages, and tobacco products. Rather, today's sponsors are just as likely to market relatively sophisticated or high-tech products and services along with popular consumer items.
As the kart racing sponsorship base has diversified, so has the methodology for reaping the greatest benefits from participation. Special attention is often given to promotional and merchandising activities away from the track, which incorporates elements of the racing program. The WKA Speedway Dirt Series offers the same types of corporate sponsorship opportunities as other popular types of racing, but does so very cost effectively on a comparatively low budget. This makes it an ideal marketing vehicle, not only for the experienced sponsor, but also for the newcomer wishing to gain motorsports sponsorship experience, or the company with modest resources.

Common Sponsorship Forms
A variety of options are available. Those summarized below can be pursued at several levels of involvement, or in powerful combinations to insure the best possible results.

Kart / Driver Sponsorship
In its most familiar form, kart sponsorship is evident through logo branding and advertising messages placed on racekarts.

Fuels / Oils
With this type of sponsorship, all fuel and oil requirements for the Team would be covered. Logo branding and advertising messages would be placed in strategic locations as to insure the recognition of the sponsor for their involvement in not only our team, but with the sport as well.

Exposure

The car will be emblazoned with your company's colors and logo. Any message can be offered from 1-800-Numbers to advertising slogans.
Virtually every available exposure opportunity would be made available to your company through marketing. The transporter, used to move the karts to and from events could also feature your company logo. Any message can be offered on the transporter, from 1-800-Numbers to advertising slogans. There are hundreds of miles of highway driving in the course of the season, and thousands of people will see the transporter during the course of a season. Each crewmember would be dressed in uniforms and caps, highly visible. Obviously, the driver would be dressed in a highly visible and sponsor friendly uniform, and the bill of his helmet would carry the company logo.
A website could be generated to keep fans up to date on the teams progress.

In Conclusion
:
Racing continues to gain national exposure and consumer awareness. The racing goals of the team and your company will be synonymous. Marketing in racing is a serious endeavor and a business relationship. The team intends to supercede the expectations of your company in its marketing effort. Motorsports meets the universal demand of business to increase profits. While attaining a return on investment, motorsports improves employee relations, public awareness, and corporate image. Racing is a winning "formula" for everyone involved. Our level of success this year will depend on the financial commitment of our corporate partners who use our race kart to meet their marketing and advertising goals. Companies use their association with racing to broaden awareness of their products, services and name recognition, as well as an activity to entertain employees, customers and trade affiliates. It is our mission to ensure that our marketing partners meet their objectives through racing by reflecting a positive image on their logos and signage and for each member to display professional conduct in accordance with their expectations. With this successful combination achieved, the goal of our organization is to help TRG Racing and our list of drivers, prove themselves to be one of the premier teams in the area. We also plan to use this year to develop lasting corporate relationships to carry with us into our racing future.
